Arbitration, as part of ADR, is a widely acclaimed mode of dispute resolution across the globe.  Because of its pragmatic side as well as independent set up, more and more disputes are being subjected to arbitration.  Maadhyam International Council for Conflict Resolution (Maadhyam) is a leading institution in the field of ADR, from academic side to the shore of resolution.
