Maadhyam International Council for Conflict Resolution felicitates it’s member- Ms. Reeta Kohli Senior Advocate, Punjab & Haryana High Court at Chandigarh, on her appointment as member (NCLT)- National Company Law Tribunal.

Ms. Reeta Kohli, an accomplished Senior Advocate, and a trained mediator has practiced  in Punjab and Haryana High Court and has been a member of Maadhyam. 
In a career spanning around three decades, Ms Kohli has many firsts to her name. She has been the first lawyer in the Punjab and Haryana High Court to be designated senior Suo Motto and with the current position she becomes the first Punjab and Haryana High court female lawyer to have achieved the coveted position as member NCLT.

Ms Kohli also proved her leadership skills while being on the sexual harassment committee of Punjab university.

First generation lawyer, Ms Kohli joined the bar in 1993 and comes from the family of a businessman father and a homemaker mother.

While acknowledging the honour Ms Kohli reiterated her commitment towards the professional cause through her new position. She however mentioned that her training as a mediator would come handy in performing her new role.
