Council for Conflict Resolution Maadhyam organised a five day Residential International Leadership and Mediation Training Programme from 04th November to 08th November, 2022 at Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
This was a specially curated first-of-its- kind Training led by a distinguished faculty from the USA and Singapore and giving an opportunity to the particiapants to attain accreditation from Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, U.S.A.
This training program was conducted under the banner of SAMAS which is a collaboration of three nations with one vision – SAGE from Singapore, MAADHYAM from India and STRAUS from U.S.A.
This five day training was conducted by senior trainers and mediators from USA and Singapore: Prof. Sukhsimranjit Singh, Mr. Steven Rottman, Hon’ble Judge Daniel Weinstein (Retd.), Prof. Joel Lee, Mr. Viswa Sadasivan and Mr. Aloysius Goh. The participants of the training included retired judges of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and Hon’ble Jammu & Kashmir High Court, Senior Lawyers and Practising Mediators from Delhi, Chandigarh, Bangalore and Chennai.
The participants learnt many new techniques of Mediation including The Star System of Advanced Mediation, Power of Transformation, Leadership in The Context of Negotiation, Technology and Conflict Resolution, Mediation in IPR, Mediation Advocacy, “Triple A” Leadership Model Mediating in a Conflicted World, Neuro Linguistic Programming for Effective Communication, Workings of the Human Brain Entrenched Distrust to Authentic Reconciliation, Enforcing Mediation Settlements in Cross- Border Resolutions, Ethics in Leadership & Mediation, Perspectives on your future in Leadership and Mediation.
